POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

Floor protection, plastic sheeting, cardboard, ram board, painter’s tape, debris piles, and construction materials must be removed and disposed of by the contractor or builder prior to our arrival. We require the site to be:

• Out of active construction

• Free of bulk debris

• Ready for final cleaning

Disposal fees are not included in our Post-Construction cleaning services.

Our post-construction cleaning is completed after all trades have finished and the space is no longer in active use. The property should be free of construction crews, tools, and bulk debris so we can focus on detailed cleaning and final preparation.

We can address minor paint splatter or residue, however paint removal varies greatly depending on the surface, paint type, and how long it has set. If paint removal is required, additional cleaning time must be added, as this is not a standard part of post-construction cleaning. Paint removal is considered custom detailing and is unique to each property. If paint stains were not properly removed by the painter, this must be accounted for separately with additional time.

We use professional-grade equipment, including high-powered backpack vacuums and commercial cleaning tools designed for efficient dust removal in post-construction environments. For luxury homes and custom finishes, we vet cleaning products with the same care we apply to our in-house team and are happy to work with client-requested products suited to specific surfaces and materials.

Yes, this cleaning focuses on final detailing - removing fine dust, residue, and grime left behind after construction so the space is ready for move-in, staging, showings, or handover.

Interior window cleaning (glass, tracks, ledges) is included. Exterior window cleaning is a separate service and must be booked independently.
