This service guarantees that your outdoor living space is as pristine as the rest of your home, making the most of the Toronto summer. Our team works to remove cobwebs, clean exterior windows, sills and frames up to 18 feet high, and polishe both interior and exterior glass panels. We also clear tracks on sliding doors to enhance their functionality, while also polishing glass panels to improve your view. For large Terraces, we focus on removing dirt and debris from flooring and manage light weeding, along with cleaning outdoor light fixtures. For furnished balconies, we thoroughly wipe down all furnishings and decor, and mop the floor tiling. The complete process can take up to 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of your balcony.

Areas Included & What We Bring

  • We polish both sides of all balcony glass panels using water, glass cleaning & polishing solution, squeegees, and streak-free microfiber cloths. This includes safety rails, full-height glass, and dividers between units.

  • We wipe down all metal framing surrounding your balcony using specialty cloths and gentle degreasers. We also vacuum around tight edges and railings to remove dust, cobwebs, and dirt buildup, especially in corners.

  • We use high dusting tools and high-powered vacuums to remove cobwebs, dust, and insects from ceiling corners, light fixtures, wall edges, and balcony overhangs. This includes safely removing wasp nests or spider webs (non-active) and vacuuming dirt buildup from hard-to-reach spots.

  • We gently but thoroughly wipe down balcony door screens from top to bottom, removing built-up dust and dirt without damaging the mesh.

  • Door tracks are vacuumed using precision tools, then detailed by hand to remove grime, buildup, and debris leaving them clean and functioning smoothly, like new.

  • Our team uses high-powered vacuums and extension tools to remove loose dirt, debris, and leaves from all floor surfaces. For tiled or smooth balcony floors, we use minimal water and solutions to mop thoroughly, staying within condo regulations that prohibit power washing or excessive water runoff onto units below. For larger terraces, we also manage light weeding and ensure outdoor flooring is swept and detailed by hand where needed.

  • For furnished balconies, we thoroughly wipe down outdoor chairs, tables, decor, reachable lighting and rail-side planters using microfiber cloths, fresh water and cleaning solutions . We also vacuum cushions if present and ensure all surfaces are free of dust, cobwebs, and residue.

FAQ

  • We clean both! For furnished balconies, we wipe down all furniture, planters, and decorative items. We also clean the flooring beneath and around furnishings, but we don’t move large, heavy items unless it's safe and manageable.

  • Our Balcony Cleaning is only available as an add-on to our Deep Clean or Moving Clean. This ensures we have access to everything we need inside the unit to perform the job properly, especially water access, which most balconies don't have. Standalone balcony cleans aren't offered at this time.

  • No, we are not equipped to safely clean animal droppings or biological hazards. We recommend hiring a specialized sanitation company for that.

  • If it’s light rain, we can still clean most areas. In heavy rain or unsafe weather, we may need to reschedule your balcony portion and proceed with indoor services.

  • We don’t power wash, clean biohazards (like droppings), remove large items, scrubbing bbq appliances, or scrub deep mold from wood decking. If you’re unsure, just ask!

  • Balcony Cleaning is available from March to October, depending on weather. We don’t offer this service in winter due to safety and freezing conditions.

  • If it’s a furnished balcony, no need to move things for us, we’ll work to clean furniture and decor, moving them as needed.
