ADD-ON SERVICES

Some homes include custom features or architectural details that require substantially more cleaning time than a standard property of the same square footage.

If your home includes one or more of the following features or cleaning requirements, we strongly recommend adding Additional Cleaning Time when booking:

1. Exposed spaces above kitchen cabinetry where dust and grease have settled

2. Detailed wardrobe systems with numerous shelves, drawers or compartments

3. Cavities exposed when movable kitchen appliances have been pulled out, including floors, walls, cabinetry sides and surrounding areas normally hidden behind or beneath the appliance, as well as the newly exposed sides and back of the appliance itself.

4. Detailing of light fixtures or chandeliers, including disassembly of removable components and individual cleaning of crystals, glass shades, bulbs, covers or other intricate fixture parts.

These features and requests can vary significantly from one property to another and are therefore not included in our standard cleaning time. If your home includes architectural features, built-ins, fixtures or other areas requiring a higher level of individual detailing, please add sufficient Additional Cleaning Time when booking.
